Recommendations for your course
  • It is important to have a clean face and no makeup, and also have your hands clean. 

 

  • Use a Root oil or serum with phytotensors and hyaluronic acid. 

 

  • Do the exercises in front of a mirror so you can memorize them and make it easier for you. 

 

  • You can do the exercises in the position that is most comfortable for you: standing or sitting. 

 

  • Stay hydrated and avoid bad habits like smoking, drinking too much alcohol, or staying up late.

 

Important! If you have Botox or facial fillers, we recommend waiting 2 to 3 weeks after your last application and checking with your doctor.
