SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 1-3 business days for our small team to process orders.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Root Slow Beauty is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The customer pays duties, taxes and/or any import fees.
We currently offer worldwide shipping. However, we do NOT offer dynamic international shipping rates, which means customers are responsible for paying any additional charges from the destination country.
